ROLE

Senior Graphic and Presentation Designer at Omnicom Media

Initiative was preparing its submission for Media Agency of the Year for Campaign, and needed a way to bring together a large amount of information into a compelling story for judges. The submission needed to showcase the agency's performance, culture, leadership, innovation, and client success while remaining engaging and easy to navigate.

The challenge

The challenge was finding a way to present pages of content, statistics, and achievements without it feeling like a dense report. Instead, the submission needed to feel polished, memorable, and reflective of Initiative's brand.

The Process

Working closely with the content team, I developed an editorial design system that organized the information into a clear narrative. I used a combination of custom layouts, typography, illustration elements, photography, and infographics to help break up content and guide readers through the story.

Award judges often have a limited amount of time to review submissions, so I wanted key achievements and metrics to be easy to find while still creating an engaging reading experience. Every page was designed to balance readability with visual interest, ensuring the content remained the hero while reinforcing Initiative's brand personality.

The Outcome

The project allowed me to combine information design, branding, and editorial storytelling to create a submission that celebrated the agency's success while helping communicate why it deserved industry recognition.

The submission contributed to Initiative's recognition as GOLD Media Agency of the Year
