Yello Hello is an imaginary sub sandwich shop I created as a love letter to local eateries, old-school diners, and the joy of a really great sandwich. The goal was to build a brand that feels vibrant, playful, and unapologetically fun, appealing to sandwich lovers who enjoy supporting local spots and aren’t afraid of bold flavours.
Visually, I leaned into a retro-inspired aesthetic, blending classic diner references with a modern twist. The punchy colour choices and use of Cooper Black was designed to feel lively and welcoming while evoking the nostalgia of neighbourhood sandwich shops. The result is an identity that captures the personality of a place you’d come back to again and again.
