Lucky Hana is an imaginary clothing company I created out of a passion for thrifting and finding sustainable clothing options. I wanted to create a brand that had a charming and retro look, showcasing a collection of carefully curated apparel, blending modern with a touch of vintage and retro charm.
Starting with the logo design, I had a vision of a ribbon wrapped script font. I leaned into hand-drawn typography to introduce a sense of craft and humanity to the brand connecting the design to the sustainability of it’s clothing items.
The primary logo and secondary logos focused on the idea of discovering a lucky find, using a horseshoe to symbolize coming across a one-of-a-kind piece of clothing that will be kept for decades to come.
